Online tour sales are not open yet. The booking terms below apply when direct bookings become available; we are not currently accepting tour payments.

We resell Iceland day tours under 24 hours, without accommodation. Independent operators run the tours; we handle booking, payment and refund enquiries. Your operator is identified before payment and in your confirmation. Bookings made on other websites follow that seller’s terms.
You must be 18 or over and authorised to book for your party. Check the date, participants, meeting point and tour requirements before paying.
Full payment is due at booking. The final total, including applicable taxes and mandatory fees, currency and available payment methods will be shown at checkout. Our planned payment currency is Icelandic króna (ISK). Extras are optional; your bank may charge for currency conversion.
A booking is confirmed when we email the operator’s confirmed reservation, tour instructions and applicable terms. Contact us if confirmation is missing. If we collect payment but cannot confirm your booking, we refund it in full.
The named operator provides the tour on the booked date and time. Confirmation is sent electronically, with no shipping charges. Follow the tour’s participation requirements, safety instructions and meeting or pickup time.
Your tour’s cancellation deadlines and charges are shown before payment and included in your confirmation. Late cancellations and no-shows may be non-refundable under that policy.
Email info@thingstodoiniceland.is with your name and booking reference to request a cancellation or change. Deadlines use the time we receive your request, in Iceland local time (UTC), unless stated otherwise. Changes depend on availability; any extra cost needs your agreement.
The usual 14-day withdrawal right generally does not apply to leisure activities booked for a specific date or period (Article 18(l), Act No. 16/2016). Your tour’s cancellation rights and statutory remedies remain unaffected.
If the operator cancels, including due to weather, or your paid tour cannot be provided, you can choose an offered alternative or a full refund for the cancelled service. Contact us if the tour is materially changed or only partly provided so we can arrange the appropriate remedy.
We refund payments collected by us to the original payment method and currency, without an administration fee, and confirm the amount and status by email. Bank processing times and exchange rates may affect when and how much appears in your account.
Raise problems during a tour with the operator where possible, or contact us using the details above with your booking reference. We remain responsible for our own obligations and errors.
Travel information can change; check official safety advice before travelling. Icelandic law applies without limiting your mandatory consumer rights or access to courts. The terms accepted at booking apply to that booking. See our Privacy and Cookies notice for information about personal data.
Afbókunarfrestir og gjöld koma fram fyrir greiðslu og í bókunarstaðfestingu. Sendu beiðni með nafni og bókunarnúmeri á info@thingstodoiniceland.is. Móttökutími ræður frestinum; miðað er við íslenskan tíma nema annað sé tekið fram.
Ef ferð er aflýst eða greidd þjónusta verður ekki veitt getur þú valið boðinn valkost eða fulla endurgreiðslu fyrir það sem fellur niður. Endurgreitt er á upprunalegan greiðslumáta í sama gjaldmiðli, án umsýslugjalds. Vinnslutími og gengi banka geta haft áhrif á móttöku.
Almennur 14 daga réttur til að falla frá samningi á að jafnaði ekki við um tómstundaþjónustu á tilteknum degi eða tímabili, sbr. l-lið 18. gr. laga nr. 16/2016. Afbókunarréttur ferðar og lögbundin réttindi haldast óskert.
